X-Lab Exhibits at YHAHSN
On Monday 28th September, the Yorkshire & Humber Academic Health Science Network held their Annual General Meeting at The Royal Armouries Museum, in Leeds.
The AHSN handpicked around 10 SME’s to demonstrate their products/systems throughout the day to the 80 + delegates that attended, X-Lab being one of the chosen ones. The X-Lab stand had many visitors, all curious about the ‘big TV screen with the dots flying around’. Behind the stand, a NETIMIS model was running on a 50”+ screen, which clearly worked well in grabbing the delegate’s attention, a long side the towering NETIMIS banner. As well as this, a small monitor was placed on the table, also running a model, which was used to demonstrate and further explain the functionality of NETIMIS. Over the day a large amount of interested delegates walked away from the stand fully informed of what NETIMIS is and what it can do, as well as being equipped with a brochure that contained multiple case studies, which they can then investigate to understand further the benefits of using NETIMIS to model healthcare pathways. Hayley Milsom, exhibitor of NETIMIS said: “The day was a real success. During the breaks in presentations I did not stop talking to the delegates, who all had great questions to ask about NETIMIS and all showed an interest in learning more. The event was definitely worth attending”.
The day itself was spilt into focusing on three topics: Population health Improving Healthcare Economic Growth Following discussion of the above topics delegates had workshop sessions to complete, to generate ideas around Challenges and Opportunities. Between the presentations and workshops, the delegates had numerous opportunities to visit the exhibition and take a look at the great work and development that is continuously going on.
